Ebook

A book stored as a digital file that can be read on a computer or dedicated ebook reader.

ePortfolio

Abbreviation of Electronic Portfolio. At ITeC the ePortfolio we use is called Mahara. Others are available. It allows you to upload work, handouts and other documents for display or assessment.

Essential Skills

In Wales the Essential Skills qualifications replaced some of the Key Skills qualifications and the Adult Literacy and Numeracy qualifications in September 2010.
