“The printer’s not working again!”
It’s a familiar cry, in one form or another, in every

Often the person to the rescue is
not a specialist but another employee who just happens to

co-workers and so has become the informal “techie” for

“Time
is money” may be a cliché but it’s one that
holds true in the world of computing and investment in efficient
