Training is conducted at 3 levels:

Level 1 is aimed at getting started, improving confidence and familiarity with basic Windows concepts such as creating, editing, saving and printing files.

Level 2 builds on introductory concepts and skills, developing techniques which utilise the more advanced facilities and features within the application and improving the effectiveness of the user.

Level 3 builds on level 2 skills and introduces subjects such as Macro-programming, document integration and developing complete solutions.

Prerequisites

No existing knowledge is required for the introductory Windows courses.
