They are, in general, much improved since I first highlighted my original concerns, including the sudden 'appearance' of soap! The flow of the water out of the upstairs toilet tap is improved though still not free flowing. We appear to have improved access to warm water now since Swansea ITeC were made aware of the previous lack of warm/hot water provision, by the reps and the subsequent discovery that the boilers were not 'active'. I am aware that there are costs of engaging a plumber, however, the 'costs' of not dealing with the stated issues if, for example,if someone had slipped on the water that was evident in the downstairs gents toilet, and injured themselves. May I also remind you that there was no warning signs used when the water was on the above floor. I therefore consider that the reps. intervention and the subsequent actions by Swansea ITeC may have averted future problems for the future benefit of all. Thanks again, Jim Sheridan Dear Robin,
