You can use the form on this page to send a fault report to a technician if you think there is something wrong with a PC or printer you have been using.
The “Computer / Equipment” box should contain enough information to allow the technician to identify the PC and include the model name if available and the location in the room. e.g. “Vectra PC on the left of the third table from the back” — Technicians will not know where students typically sit.
