The blog project will begin this afternoon.
For those doing the Level 2 Essential Skills ICT, this will be an assessed part of your course. For everyone else it’s useful experience which is becoming more and more valued by employers.
The groups for this project (chosen by random draw!) are as shown below. Do not be surprised to find yourself with people from a different group or people you do not normally work with — part of the purpose of the project is to develop team working skills and in a real work environment you would need to be able to collaborate with a variety of people. However, if anyone has any especial concerns please see one of the tutors.
The first session will be a general look at blogs and blogging, and you will have from now until next Tuesday to select your topic. Don’t forget it needs to be something you can all agree on and contribute to!
